Local Divers mark Gibraltar's departure from the European Union with a final dive before midnight in British Gibraltar Territorial Waters. An EU flag was draped over the Bow of the Ex-Naval Cable Laying Barge called "482M" which was intentionally sunk as part of the Artificial Reef in Camp Bay Gibraltar in the 1990s.
